RadioFan (talk) 00:16, 22 April 2013 (UTC)Hi, Mntneerjay. That's a nice piccy you added at Stuffed toy, but since you called it "historic" I think it would be useful to put the year it was taken into the caption and also on the image page. It's more interesting for not being recent, since the other images are obviously pretty new, and indicating the year in the caption may stop people briskly removing it because "the article has enough illustrations", you know? Well, it may stop them if you're lucky. Bishonen | talk 21:25, 10 June 2013 (UTC).
- I see it, cool. I did think it had to be the 1970s, it has the look! Bishonen | talk 21:55, 10 June 2013 (UTC).
Offended WVU Fan
[edit]Mntneerjay, sorry I offended you. That was not my intent. The DKR-TMS page has been vandalized multiple times by Kansas State fans and at least once by a WVU fan. A picture of random WVU fans placed into a page dedicated to a University of Texas facility and football seemed highly unusual and at the very least inappropriate for the page. I have dedicated a lot of time helping to build the page and fixing actual acts of vandalism. I am not going to contact each fan of another team that posts inappropriate stuff to the page in an attempt to learn their intentions. If the picture you uploaded of yourself to the page is appropriate, then it would be equally appropriate for every WVU fan who attended the game to upload pictures of themselves at the stadium. And if that happened, then the purpose of the page could be lost in an untold number of photos of visitors. I am happy you had a good time in Austin, were treated well, and enjoyed the game, but please do not add pictures of yourself attending games to any stadium's page (including WVU's stadium). If you want the world to see pictures of you, then create your own page about yourself and your travels. Brint03 (talk) 03:40, 10 July 2013 (UTC)
